1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing ticketmas.com, using the platform or buying a ticket, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform or buy tickets.
To buy, you must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of your legal guardian. The summary shown on each ticket is a reference only: the full text is the one on this page.
2. Who we are
Ticketmas is a trade name (DBA) of Aguacate Live US LLC, located at 8950 SW 74th Ct, Suite 1203B, Miami, FL 33156, United States. In these terms, "Ticketmas", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aguacate Live US LLC, and "platform" refers to the ticketmas.com website and the ticketing services we offer through it.
3. Changes to these terms
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
We may change these terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page with its update date. Changes apply from the moment they are posted and do not affect purchases already completed. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept it. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
4. Our role and the Organizer's role
Ticketmas does not organize events. We act as a ticketing agent for those who do (promoters, producers, artists, venues or organizations; the "Organizer"). When you buy a ticket, we collect the payment and handle the transaction on the Organizer's behalf.
The Organizer is responsible for the event: its content, date, venue, safety, entry rules and any taxes it generates. The Organizer also sets ticket prices, seat locations and available inventory. It may restrict food, drinks, cameras, dangerous objects or other items, and reserves the right of admission and to remove attendees. For questions about the event itself, the Organizer is the right contact.
5. Account and use of the platform
- The information you give us must be true and up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity in your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- The platform is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not buy tickets in order to resell them.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a purchase or delivering a ticket.
6. Tickets, prices, fees and taxes
The face value of each ticket is set by the Organizer. In addition, the purchase may include service fees and taxes, which are shown before you confirm payment, together with the total to be charged.
If a price is clearly an error, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.
A ticket grants access only to its bearer, so you must present it to enter the event. Once scanned, it cannot be used to re-enter unless the Organizer allows it.
7. Payments
By buying, you authorize us to charge the total of your order to the payment method you chose. Payments go through independent payment processors; the currency and any fees applied by your bank or card issuer are governed by your own agreement with them.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be charged. If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first. If you file an unwarranted chargeback, we may void the related tickets and suspend your account.
8. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
All sales are final. A refund is available only when the event is cancelled, as explained below.
- No refund. There is no refund if you cannot attend, change your mind or lose your ticket, or for changes of artists, times, program or venue that do not amount to cancelling the event.
- Cancelled event. If the Organizer cancels the event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value. The refund is the Organizer's responsibility; we issue it as soon as we receive the funds from the Organizer, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Rescheduled or postponed event. Your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If 60 days pass after the postponement was announced and no new date has been set, we treat the event as cancelled and open a 30-day window to request a refund from your account.
- Service fees. They are non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not limit any consumer rights granted to you by law that cannot be waived.
9. Event access, delivery and resale
Tickets are delivered in digital form, by email or from your account. Each ticket carries a unique code: do not share it or post an image of it, because only the first person to present it will be admitted.
You may transfer a ticket to another person on a non-profit basis. Commercial resale, or resale above the price paid, is prohibited. We may void, without refund, tickets obtained or resold in breach of these terms, or that turn out to be fake or duplicated. Entry to the event is also subject to the rules of the Organizer and the venue.
10. Intellectual property
The Ticketmas name and logos, the design of the platform and its content are the property of Aguacate Live US LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any license to them, other than personal use of the platform to buy tickets.
The names, images and trademarks of events and artists belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without authorization.
11. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to buy tickets or extract data from the platform;
- bypass purchase limits or security controls;
- provide false information or impersonate another person;
- use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities;
- introduce viruses or interfere with the operation of the platform.
12. Privacy and personal data
We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy, available on the platform. To complete your purchase, we share the necessary data with the Organizer and with payment processors, such as your name, email and ticket details. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, although no system is completely secure. To access, correct or delete your data, write to us using the contact details in section 17.
13. Warranties and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and as available. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors.
Ticketmas is not responsible for the events, for the Organizer's decisions or for what happens during them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your account, or limit your access to the platform, if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or if the law requires it. Tickets obtained fraudulently will be voided without refund. You may stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time; this does not entitle you to refunds other than those provided in section 8.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to their conflict-of-laws rules.
Before starting any legal action, the parties will try to resolve the dispute in good faith: you write to us using the details in section 17, and we have 30 days to respond. If it is not resolved, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, will have jurisdiction over it.
This does not affect any rights that the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence grant you.
16. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Ticketmas regarding the platform and replace any earlier version.
- Severability. If a clause cannot be enforced, the others remain in force.
- No waiver. Our not enforcing a right at a given time does not mean we waive it.
- Assignment. We may assign these terms in a reorganization or sale of the business. You may not assign them without our permission.
- Language. These terms are published in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
